Fidelity House Human Services is a private, non-profit agency that provides residential and support services to over 600 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts.

Senior Program Director:
This senior management position requires
excellent organizational, clinical and
supervisory skills to oversee established
residential programs. Responsibilities include:
supervision of Program Directors, monitoring
compliance with agency policies and procedures
and program oversight. Qualifications: Bachelors
degree and experience with developmental
disabilities including supervisory and
administrative experience. Program Directors:
These 40-hour per week positions require an
organized individual with strong clinical and
supervisory skills to work in one of our established
residences. Major functions include ability to
establish team and individual goals, promote
community integration and outcome based services and
overall administrative/fiscal management.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related field,
two years supervisory experience in Human Service
field. Experience with medical, communication and
behavioral challenges. Salary range based on

Coordinators:
These 40-hour per week positions require a Direct
Care Professional with a year of experience who is
looking for career advancement in the field of Human
Services. This entry-level management position
combines administrative and direct care
responsibilities while giving you training and
support in all aspects of the job to help you grow
and advance. Responsibilities: program oversight,
case management and household coordination.
Qualifications: One year of MR experience, driver's
license, and the motivation to make a difference.
Medication Certification a plus. Salary based on
education and experience.Skills Instructors:
A great way to combine having fun with a job that
makes a difference! Candidates will enjoy working
with individuals with developmental/physical
disabilities in a residential setting and in the
community. We have several full and part-time
positions. Responsibilities: work on Individual
Service Plan goals with supervisor, assist with
personal care, skills teaching and plan rewarding
social/leisure activities. Qualifications: able to
pass medication certification, high school diploma

We have Awake Overnight positions with Skills
Instructor hours attached. Both full and part-time
positions are available at several programs.
Responsibilities: delivery of personal care,
administration of medication and skills teaching.
Qualifications, high school diploma or equivalent,
driver's license and able to pass medication
certification. Morning hours paid at higher Skills
Instructor rate.Recreation Integrators:
Have fun and make a difference…this position
requires you to attend social outings and parties
with adults with developmental disabilities.
Flexible weeknight and weekend hours are waiting for
you!Medication Technicians:
We need MAP-Certified people to assist us on an
hourly basis at our staffed apartment and community
residences. Let us know when you are available:
morning, afternoon, evening.Relief Staff: (on
call as needed)

Coordinator:
This 25 – 30 hour position assists families in the
Merrimack Valley area. Responsibilities include case
coordination and associated reports, translation as
needed, coordination of the Latino Support Group and
ESL classes, and assistance with the Latino Medical
Program. Qualifications: Associates Degree in
related field and 2 years experience.
